Freeinnings adheres to a Fair Play policy in the games offered because we believe in Transparency in our services and trust and accountability towards our Users. In addition, this Policy describes the action our team will take when violations of fair play are identified on the site. In the context of this policy, "Fair Play Violations" refers to any fraudulent or unlawful behaviour adopted by users while playing on our platform, including, but not limited to, collusion, money laundering, cheating, manipulation, etc. The Fair Play Policy entails the following considerations for the spirit of competitiveness and skill while players compete at the table.

Players at Freeinnings are protected against fraud and collusion. Our Fraud Detection Team analyzes and monitors all games 24x7 and looks for inconsistencies with normal playing patterns and collusion between players.

What is a violation of the Fair Play Policy?

Freeinnings reserves the right to cancel/suspend the User's accounts if they violate the Fair Play Policy. Each of the below violations is in addition to the Terms of Use and any other policies on the Freeinnings Platform. You will violate this policy if you do the following:

• Users are not permitted to use Bots, Software Programs, or Third Party Tools or Applications that give them an unfair advantage.

• We generally educate and warn Users against using a tool if it is detected on our system.

• After thoroughly checking such Users, we may ban them and confiscate their funds for redistribution to victims of unfair play if they continue to use Bots or other Software Programs.

• Any User found obnoxious, vulgar, foul, racist, abusive, or religiously-motivated remarks on the chat feature, email, or voice call.

• Cheating in any form is unacceptable

• Using third-party tools or misusing bugs is considered hacking.

• To raise scores, players may use multiple accounts or work together.

• Talking badly or being rude about other members of Freeinnings

• Any user ID that is found to be engaging in fraud, illegal and illicit activities.

• Creation of any login name or passwords which is offensive/abusive/racist
