The contests are only open to Indians living in the country. Freeinnings reserves the right to bar people living in some Indian states from participating based on state laws.
Due to their laws, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Odisha, Sikkim, Nagaland, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana residents cannot participate in the Contest.
Before each match, participants must register on the Website according to the steps outlined above in order to win real cash.
If Freeinnings reasonably thinks that a User has violated these Terms and Conditions, it may suspend, cancel, or restrict access to any or all of the Website's facilities or services. Freeinnings may, in its sole and absolute discretion, take any technical actions necessary to deactivate or delete an account, erase the user's content placed on the Website, or remove the user from the Website. If Freeinnings charges a price (if any) for any of its Facilities/Services, that fee will be refunded if Freeinnings inadvertently suspends or removes the user's account or Website and its Facilities.

Let's say the participant lives in a state where sake games are illegal. In such instances, the participant is ineligible to compete.
Third-party service providers can provide the score feed and other data necessary for calculating and tabulating fantasy points for Freeinnings. While Freeinnings will attempt to rectify any error in point calculation or winner selection caused by inaccurate feeds provided by third-party service providers as soon as possible, it will not be held liable for any annoyance caused even after correction. Users agree to refrain from submitting any objections or claims related to the above topic.
Playing the paid contest formats may disqualify participants who violate the Indian Majority Act or other laws. Real cash can't be transferred or refunded.
Freeinnings and its affiliates may use the Winner's name, likeness, voice, and comments in any media worldwide for marketing and advertising purposes without further consent or compensation. At the request of Freeinnings, the Winners agree to make themselves available free of charge for promotional purposes.
Whatever the nature of the dispute, the courts of competent jurisdiction in Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Odisha, Sikkim, Nagaland, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana shall have exclusive jurisdiction over, or related to, the Amusement Facilities/Services provided by Freeinnings, including the Contest (s), the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Terms and Conditions, or the rights and obligations of the user (s), including the Participants, or Freeinnings, and the exclusive jurisdiction to grant injunctive relief.
The law of the Republic of India governs and construes all such issues and questions.
A dispute (which can be a legal question or issue) must be notified in writing to the other party ("Notification"). A notification of non-agreement is sent out after fifteen (15) days. The dispute shall be brought before the courts specified in the notification in that case.
